We are looking forward to your participation at the NCCDA 2011 Fall Training Conference in Greensboro on November 16 - 17, 2011. These are hard times for many in the community development industry. With this conference, NCCDA wants to build upon our last conference and bring to you the most current information and topics to help you better address these tough economic times.

- Receive program updates from HUD, USDA, NCHFA, CI (formerly DCA) and other statewide agencies.

- Engage in workshops from basic housing standards to latest innovations in housing construction and rehabilitation.
- Find out about the latest State Changes to Rental Registration programs.
- Hear about partnering opportunities between with other agencies such as Public Housing Authorities to leverage resources.

For Hotel Reservations
Please call the Sheraton at Four Seasons - Greensboro, NC Reservation line at 800-242-6556 and ask the reservationist for the N.C. Community Development Association Conference. Please mention the N.C. Community Development Association to get the special room rates of $102 per night for king/doubles for single or double occupancy. This rate is available on a first come, first served basis at the Sheraton Greensboro. Rates change upon room block being sold out or October 25th whichever occurs first.
