The NCCDA cordially invites you to the annual spring conference in Asheville, North Carolina. We are preparing an exciting conference for you with the latest information and trends about housing, community development and economic development. Some of the key topics and features of this year's conference are:
Conference Registrations: Download the registration form or register on-line.
Hotel Registrations: You can book your room at the Crowne Plaza Resort Asheville by calling 1-800-733-3211 or online at the special conference page Please note: To book online you must first register with the Priority Club. A special set of rooms has been reserved for conference attendees - Single ($109), Double ($109) and Executive King ($139). You must register by April 25, 2008 to get these special room rates. Call Athena Banks with NCLM at (919) 715-2908 if you encounter a problem with the room rates.
SPECIAL GOLF RATES:
To make your conference attendance more enjoyable, look at what the Pro-Shop Manager has offered to any conference attendee who stays at the hotel, the following discounted rate:
For 18 holes: In hotel rate $20.00/Out of hotel $22.00
For 9 holes: In hotel rate $12.00/Out of hotel $14.00
The hotel has created this discount due to course renovations that include new sprinkler systems, greens and tees. The hotel is downsizing the course from an 18 hole course to a 9 hole course. This means that a full 18 hole round is played by playing each hole twice. On May 21st there will likely be 16 playable holes and everyone will be able to play at least an 18 hole game. While this is a bit of a logistical challenge for the players, the price to play is hard to beat!!!
Please call the Golf Pro Shop directly at (828) 253-5824 for additional information.
Be on the alert for additional e-mails about the upcoming conference or keep checking this site for more details. We look forward to seeing you at the conference!
