Spring Training Conference
Hilton Hotel HOTEL RESERVATIONS: Please call the New Bern Hilton Reservation line at 252.638.3585 and mention the reservation is for North Carolina Community Development to receive the special room rates of $94 per night for single or double occupancy. This rate is available on a first come, first serve basis at the New Bern Hilton. Rates change upon room block being sold out or April 20th, whichever occurs first. The NCCDA 2011 Spring Training Conference will take place on May 25 -27, 2011 at the Hilton Hotel in Historic New Bern, North Carolina. New Bern is located in eastern North Carolina at the confluence of the Neuse and Trent Rivers. Anytime you have two rivers coming together there is turbulence, which really describes the state of community development in North Carolina today. Budget uncertainties at the federal, state and local levels will create challenges for community development practitioners across the State.
